Notice on Preventing Fraudulent
“Rights Protection” Information

Safeguarding Client Information and Funds

Dear Clients,

To help clients identify false information online and protect personal information and fund security, we hereby issue the following reminders:

I. Carefully Verify Online Information

When browsing content related to Brantone Veylor on social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, please carefully verify the source of the information and the factual basis behind it.

If you encounter accounts that first publish attacking, disparaging, or unverified allegations against our company, and then direct you to add private contact details, join so-called “rights protection groups,” or request personal information or payment under the pretext of “assisting with refunds” or “recovering funds through internal channels,” please remain highly vigilant.

Please be cautious of the following pattern:
Publishing Negative Content Private Contact Promising Fund Recovery Requesting Documents or Fees

Any reviews, complaints, or risk warnings concerning our company should be assessed based on verifiable facts. Negative content should not automatically be considered false solely because it is critical in nature.

II. Verify the Identity of Anyone Contacting You

If someone claims to be “Brantone Veylor Official Customer Service,” an “authorized rights protection representative,” a “refund specialist,” or a lawyer acting on our behalf, please independently verify their identity, qualifications, and authorization through reliable channels.

Please remember:
  • Account names do not prove authenticity.
  • Profile pictures do not prove authorization.
  • Document screenshots may be misleading.
  • Chat records or “successful cases” are not sufficient proof.

Please do not readily trust promises such as “guaranteed recovery of funds,” “special refund channels,” or “compensation available after paying a fee.”

III. Protect Your Personal Information

Do not provide unverified individuals, groups, or websites with sensitive information such as identification documents, bank card details, account passwords, or SMS verification codes.

Important Security Reminder
  • Do not post personal contact information publicly.
  • Do not share account screenshots unnecessarily.
  • Do not publish transaction receipts in public comment sections.
  • Do not share passwords or verification codes.
  • Do not allow strangers to remotely control your device.
  • Do not use screen sharing to display account information.

If business-related documents need to be submitted, first verify the identity of the recipient, the purpose of the documents, and the submission channel. Only provide information that is necessary for the specific matter being handled.

IV. Treat Payment Requests With Caution

If anyone claims to assist with rights protection, refunds, or fund recovery and asks you to first pay a fee, please stop immediately and verify the situation.

Important Reminder

Be particularly cautious of requests for:

  • Security deposits
  • Unfreezing fees
  • Refund handling fees
  • Transfers to “safe accounts”
  • Transfers to “supervised accounts”

Do not rush into making a transfer because of pressure such as:

  • “Limited availability”
  • “Deadline approaching”
  • “Your funds cannot be recovered unless you pay immediately”

Do not casually click unfamiliar links, scan unknown QR codes, or install software from unverified sources.

V. Preserve Evidence and Seek Assistance Promptly

If you suspect that your personal information has been compromised, or if you have already transferred funds to a suspicious account, please contact your bank or relevant payment platform promptly and take appropriate account-protection measures.

Please preserve the following information whenever possible:

  • Chat records
  • Website links
  • Account information
  • Transfer receipts
  • Relevant screenshots

Please report the matter to the local police and the relevant platform.

Stay Rational. Stay Alert. Stay Protected.

We encourage all clients to remain rational and cautious, and to use lawful and reliable channels when seeking advice, filing complaints, or protecting their legitimate rights and interests.

Together, we can reduce the risk of online fraud and better protect personal information and financial security.

This notice is hereby issued.
